We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Counter Penjualan to join our dynamic sales team at a leading automotive dealership. This full‑time position is based in a busy showroom environment where you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing vehicles and related services. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing accurate information on vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.
  • Process sales transactions, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, track vehicle arrivals and departures, and coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee product availability.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Manage the dealership’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and monitoring online reviews to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate test‑drive schedules, arrange customer appointments, and follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Assist the marketing department in organizing promotional events, open‑house days, and special launch activities.
  • Handle routine administrative duties including filing, data entry, telephone support, and handling incoming mail and email correspondence.
  • Provide after‑sales support by addressing customer concerns, processing warranty claims, and facilitating communication between service technicians and buyers.
  • Continuously improve personal knowledge of automotive trends, new model releases, and financing products to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific counter role).
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preference given to candidates who have studied Office Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a sales counter, showroom, or customer service environment is advantageous. A genuine interest in automobiles, especially passenger cars, is highly valued.
  • Personal Traits: Honest, trustworthy, and reliable with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable using dealership management software, and skilled at navigating major social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong problem‑solving aptitude, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
