Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and monitoring of healthy dogs and cats, ensuring their comfort, nutrition, and safety throughout the workday.
- Perform thorough bathing, brushing, and pre‑grooming cleaning procedures, preparing each animal for professional grooming sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment by regularly disinfecting grooming stations, tools, and animal holding areas.
- Assist senior groomers with specialized services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat conditioning, while learning advanced techniques.
- Document animal health observations and communicate any concerns to the grooming supervisor or veterinary partner promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to schedule appointments efficiently, manage client inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations from Monday to Sunday, 07:00‑16:00.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and industry seminars to stay updated on best practices in pet care and grooming trends.
- Promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for pet owners, offering guidance on basic home care and answering questions with courtesy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in animal care, pet grooming, or a related field.
- Demonstrated love for small animals, especially dogs and cats.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, disciplined, meticulous, and highly organized.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent communication etiquette and a proactive attitude toward learning and self‑development.
- Physical stamina to handle animals of various sizes and to perform tasks such as lifting, bathing, and cleaning.
