Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our growing digital team in Palu. This full‑time position focuses on producing engaging, on‑trend content for our social media channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, a deep understanding of the latest social media trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Produce high‑quality visual and written content, including short‑form videos, reels, stories, graphics, and captions.
- Research and incorporate emerging trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Monitor audience engagement, track performance metrics, and generate weekly reports to inform future strategy.
- Respond to community comments and messages in a timely, brand‑consistent manner, fostering a loyal follower base.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Maintain an organized library of assets and ensure compliance with copyright and licensing regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: 21‑30 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Instagram and TikTok, including native editing tools, analytics dashboards, and community features.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt quickly to evolving trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, taking constructive feedback and contributing to group projects.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) is a plus.
