Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing utensils, and monitoring table turnover.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings, adapting suggestions to guests’ dietary preferences.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations with attention to detail and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel to resolve any order issues, accommodate special requests, and uphold food safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking supplies, sanitizing workstations, and preparing the restaurant for the next service.
- Participate in regular staff trainings, health & safety briefings, and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) for cashier or waiter positions; minimum middle school (SMP) for kitchen assistance roles.
- Age: Applicants must be 27 years of age or younger.
- Height: Minimum 165 cm for men and 155 cm for women.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Physical & Mental Health: Must be in good physical condition and possess a sound mental attitude to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Basic food and beverage service techniques, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
