- Capture high‑quality photos and videos using a smartphone or basic camera equipment, ensuring each piece aligns with brand guidelines.
- Edit raw footage and images using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and InShot to produce polished final products.
- Write captivating captions and develop storytelling arcs that highlight travel, umrah journeys, and community events.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in on‑site coverage of events, pilgrimages, and group activities, ensuring real‑time updates.

Requirements
