Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Pendamping Khusus Pendidikan Inklusif to join our dynamic team of educators committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. This role is pivotal in supporting children of diverse abilities, ensuring every student receives personalized attention, spiritual guidance, and high‑quality instruction. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate Muslimah, under 30 years old, who combines strong academic credentials with a genuine love for child development and a commitment to continuous personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement inclusive lesson plans that accommodate students with special educational needs while aligning with the national curriculum.
- Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring sessions, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education specialists, and parents to develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain detailed records of student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Facilitate a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, empathy, and mutual assistance among all learners.
- Model and reinforce Islamic values by leading daily prayers, reciting the Al‑Qur’an, and encouraging students to observe the five daily prayers.
- Organize extracurricular activities, workshops, and community outreach programs that promote social integration and personal development.
- Participate in professional development sessions, seminars, and training workshops to stay current with inclusive education best practices.
- Maintain a healthy physical and spiritual condition to serve as a role model for students.
- Adhere to the school’s schedule, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Female (Perempuan) Muslim applicant, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; education or special education background is a plus.
- Passionate about working with children and committed to inclusive education principles.
- Exemplary moral character, disciplined, responsible, and able to serve as a positive role model.
- Proficient in reading the Al‑Qur’an with proper tajwid and consistent in performing the five daily prayers.
- Good physical and mental health, enabling active participation in classroom and extracurricular activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional self‑development.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use educational technology tools.
