AEON Sentul is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Branch Manager to lead our thriving Aesthetic and Fitness division. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of branch operations, from sales and marketing to staff development and customer experience. Responsibilities
- Direct daily operational activities, including distribution logistics, administrative processes, and sales initiatives to ensure seamless branch performance.
- Analyze local market conditions, monitor competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Set clear performance metrics and regularly track progress, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate branch personnel, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract target customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and community influencers, to strengthen the branch’s reputation.
- Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to the aesthetic and fitness industry.
- Lead negotiation efforts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
- Foster an environment of innovation by encouraging staff to propose new service concepts, treatment packages, and fitness programs.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a degree related to business, health sciences, or hospitality is a plus.
- At least 5 years of proven managerial experience within the aesthetic, beauty, clinic, or fitness sectors.
- Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, fitness programming, sales techniques, and market analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales goals and operational metrics.
- Strong networking capabilities and a sales‑oriented mindset.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness trends, staying current with industry developments.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
