Introduction

We are seeking an energetic Sales Motorist (FMCG) to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution team covering the Jatibarang region. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on direct customer interaction, enjoy navigating a daily route, and are motivated by clear performance targets. The position operates six days a week (Monday – Saturday) from 07:30 – 17:00, offering a stable routine with ample opportunities to build lasting relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales visits to supermarkets, convenience stores, kiosks, and independent retailers along the assigned Jatibarang route.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s product portfolio, emphasizing key selling points, promotional offers, and new‑product launches.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners and purchasing managers, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels at each outlet, coordinate replenishment orders, and safeguard product stock throughout the distribution process.
  • Accurately record sales transactions, update order books, and submit detailed daily reports to the regional sales supervisor.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, price adjustments, and marketing initiatives to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, arranging product displays to align with corporate branding guidelines and maximize shelf impact.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the sales manager.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the overall growth objectives of the Jatibarang market.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while operating the company‑provided motorbike, ensuring punctuality and reliable service delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age may apply.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
  • Key Skills:
