As a motorbike courier, you will become a crucial link between our warehouse hubs and the end‑users, ensuring that every package arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with a friendly hand‑off. Responsibilities
- Collect assigned parcels from the central hub in Kabupaten Tangerang and load them onto your motorbike in an organized manner.
- Navigate to the delivery address using Google Maps, GPS, or the company’s routing application, while complying with all traffic regulations.
- Deliver each item to the correct recipient, ensuring the package remains tidy, intact, and secure throughout the journey.
- Obtain a signed or electronic confirmation of receipt from the customer, following the standard verification procedure.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic jams, address errors, or recipient unavailability—to the dispatch team promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed deliveries, mileage, and any incidents in the mobile reporting system.
- Perform routine checks of your motorbike, including fuel level, tire pressure, and overall mechanical condition, to guarantee safe operation.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering basic queries about delivery status and handling minor complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with fellow couriers and the operations center to improve route efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code (no tattoos or piercings visible) and maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C driver’s license and an active motorbike registration (STNK).
- Own a functional Android smartphone that meets the minimum operating system requirements for our delivery app.
- Excellent knowledge of Kabupaten Tangerang’s streets, neighborhoods, and major landmarks.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to load and unload parcels and ride for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently while staying in constant contact with the dispatch team.
- Clean appearance—no visible tattoos or piercings—reflecting the professional image of the company.
