Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorcycle, adhering to company safety standards and traffic regulations.
- Deliver parcels to designated addresses within the assigned route, ensuring timely arrival and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑delivery inspections of each shipment to verify product integrity and match order details.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorcycle, especially when handling fragile or bulky items.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, delivery timestamps, and any incidents, reporting them promptly to the dispatch team.
- Utilize the company’s mobile app on an Android smartphone (minimum 3 GB RAM) to receive assignments, capture signatures, and update delivery status in real time.
- Communicate proactively with the logistics coordinator regarding traffic delays, route changes, or customer queries.
- Perform routine checks of the motorcycle (fuel level, tire pressure, brakes) before each shift to guarantee roadworthiness.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by presenting a professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and reliable service at every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 18–45 years, with a clean driving record.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle that meets safety and emission standards.
- Reside within the service area (Pekanbaru‑Mandau) to enable rapid response to dispatches.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the delivery application.
- Strong logistical coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving abilities, especially when navigating traffic or unexpected obstacles.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Physical stamina to handle loading, unloading, and occasional lifting of parcels up to 15 kg.
