Introduction
SPX Express, a leading last‑mile logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub – SPX Express for its operations in Wolio, Kota Bau, Sulawesi Tenggara. The Hub Leader will be the pivotal point of contact ensuring that parcels move smoothly from collection to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This full‑time position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and works closely with warehouse, line‑haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time delivery, from pick‑up through final hand‑over to customers.
- Coordinate daily operations with the Warehouse team, Line‑Haul drivers, and 3PL service providers to resolve bottlenecks and optimize routing.
- Implement loss‑prevention measures, ensuring each shipment is tracked and protected against loss or damage.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound transactions at the hub, verifying documentation, scanning accuracy, and system updates.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff—including pickers, packers, and dispatch coordinators—to achieve productivity targets and uphold service quality.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., on‑time delivery rate, damage ratio, dwell time) and produce daily/weekly reports for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and local labor laws.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as process standardization, capacity planning, and technology adoption (e.g., barcode scanning, route optimization software).
- Act as the primary point of escalation for customer complaints related to hub operations, providing timely resolutions and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile shipment costs, fuel surcharges, and other operational expenses.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams effectively.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude, especially under tight delivery windows.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Wolio, Kota Bau, Sulawesi Tenggara.
