Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Financial Reporting Assistant (Laporan Keuangan Paruh Waktu) to support our finance team in a fast‑growing fashion and daily‑apparel brand. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who have a solid foundation in basic accounting principles, a passion for the fashion industry, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while gaining hands‑on experience in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements, profit‑and‑loss summaries, and balance sheet updates.
- Support the senior accounting team in data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking using the store management system.
- Participate in live‑host events as a backup or co‑host, providing real‑time sales data and financial insights to the production crew.
- Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with the merchandising team to reflect correct stock levels in financial statements.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or unusual transactions to the finance manager for timely resolution.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for receipts, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced reporting formats.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to live‑host activities.
- Strong interest in fashion and daily‑apparel trends, with the ability to translate market insights into financial context.
- Age not exceeding 25 years; female candidates only.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Good manners, professional attitude, honesty, responsibility, creativity, and perseverance.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
