We are seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated individuals to join our sales force as Sales Motoris – FMCG Products. Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets, warungs, and market stalls on a daily basis to present and sell Artaboga snack products.
- Manage a personal inventory of products using the company‑provided saddle bag, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand.
- Collect cash payments on the spot, issue receipts, and accurately record sales transactions in the provided mobile reporting system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and market vendors, providing product knowledge, promotional updates, and excellent customer service.
- Identify new sales opportunities, conduct brief market surveys, and report competitor activity to the regional sales manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange replenishment of stock and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share performance insights, and contribute ideas for improving sales tactics and route efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, product safety, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Educational background: Open to all education levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling a saddle bag and traveling between outlets.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required, although experience in FMCG, retail, or direct sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to convey product benefits clearly and negotiate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy: Comfortable handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Self‑discipline and time‑management: Capable of planning daily routes, meeting sales targets, and adhering to the set working hours (07:30‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
- Reliability and honesty: Trustworthiness in handling cash and company assets.
- Motorbike license and a reliable motorcycle are preferred, as the role involves extensive travel.
