Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill workshop spare‑part orders, ensuring correct part numbers, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and external customers to provide required parts for claim repairs and general sales.
- Enter new part arrivals and stock movements into the inventory management system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare duplicate invoices, compile daily sales receipts, and reconcile all billing documentation.
- Generate daily transaction summaries and monthly inventory reports that highlight usage trends, stock shortages, and turnover rates.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity.
- Assist the purchasing team by identifying fast‑moving items and recommending re‑order points to prevent stock‑outs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any part‑related issues quickly.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper‑based—for warranties, return authorizations, and supplier communications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 23 years or older.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Automotive Engineering is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in automotive spare‑part or service operations.
- Strong knowledge of automobile parts, part numbering systems, and common supplier catalogs.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales and service targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for inventory tracking and Word for documentation.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C or SIM A).
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Kendari area.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Organizational agility to manage multiple priorities during the standard work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
