Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar project management or engineering coordination role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Positive attitude, service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
