Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily HR operations including employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and record‑keeping.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary assessments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops that enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Administer payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling for a workforce operating Monday through Saturday.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform senior management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of HR software and Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting.
  • Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning, demonstrating leadership during shift changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in operational or administrative roles.
  • Active SIM A driving license with the ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR information systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule).
  • Neat, presentable appearance and a courteous, respectful attitude.
