- Handle initial customer complaints calmly; escalate unresolved issues to the Store Team Leader.
- Maintain tidy shelves and attractive displays, ensuring merchandise is well‑presented and the store remains clean.
- Manage inbound and outbound stock flow, verifying quantities against delivery documents.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) and record low‑stock alerts for timely replenishment reports.
- Utilize basic computer skills to update inventory systems, process sales transactions, and generate daily reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to overall store profitability.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay informed about product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
