As a partner courier for Titipku, you will play a vital role in connecting local merchants and customers by ensuring that orders placed through our mobile application are picked up, processed, and delivered promptly and professionally. Responsibilities
- Accept delivery orders generated through the Titipku Jatiper mobile application.
- Collect items from merchants or designated pickup points, verify order details, and ensure proper packaging.
- Navigate efficiently using Google Maps or other navigation tools to locate the buyer’s address.
- Deliver parcels to customers within the agreed time window, typically between 06:00 and 13:00.
- Obtain customer signatures or digital confirmations to complete each transaction.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team, reporting any delays, issues, or customer feedback.
- Inspect and maintain your motorbike, keeping it road‑worthy and complying with all licensing requirements.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
- Assist in occasional promotional activities or special delivery campaigns during peak periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 48 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Own an Android smartphone capable of running the Titipku Jatiper app.
- Possess a personal motorbike with a valid, active license plate.
- Hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret digital maps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
- Availability to work at least six days per week, with a strong preference for candidates who can also work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Basic literacy in Bahasa Indonesia to interact with customers and complete documentation.
