Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new loan customers in alignment with the company’s business plan and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential borrowers, evaluating character, creditworthiness, and financial capacity.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining product features, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and follow‑up actions.
- Monitor repayment schedules, perform field visits for collection, and coordinate with the finance team to resolve any delinquency issues.
- Provide on‑site support and guidance to clients throughout the loan lifecycle, fostering long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience are also welcome.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, any prior experience in sales, field coordination, or financial services is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, including frequent travel within the Bojonegoro region.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle for client visits and collection duties.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and familiar with CRM or loan‑management software.
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills to balance prospecting, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
