Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring that material availability, machine capacity, and workforce allocation align with order deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as throughput, defect rates, and on‑time delivery, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting routine inspections to maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate product specifications into efficient manufacturing processes.
- Oversee inventory control for raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods, reducing waste and optimizing storage space.
- Support the online store’s customer service (CS) function by handling technical inquiries, order tracking, and post‑sale support using a company‑provided laptop.
- Participate in a three‑month intensive internship program, living on‑site at the company camp to gain immersive exposure to production workflows.
- Assist in digital‑marketing initiatives aimed at promoting new product lines and driving traffic to the e‑commerce platform.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects, gathering feedback from shop floor staff and proposing process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production logs, quality checks, and compliance records.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Age: Must be 25 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Female candidates, preferably those who observe modest dress (putri berjilbab) are preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; a strong academic record and internship exposure are advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP or production planning software is a plus.
