Responsibilities
- Promote and present property portfolios to prospective buyers through both digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, marketplace sites) and direct, in‑person meetings.
- Develop and maintain a robust customer database by executing targeted advertising campaigns, open‑house events, canvassing, and B2B outreach.
- Accompany clients on site visits, providing detailed project tours, answering technical questions, and highlighting the unique Sharia‑compliant features of each development.
- Qualify and nurture leads supplied by the company, guiding prospects through the sales funnel from initial interest to final transaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and finance teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
- Participate in regular training sessions and weekly Qur’an‑based study groups to deepen understanding of ethical business conduct.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to refine sales tactics and improve market share.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Sharia‑compliant guidelines throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by the organization’s policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in property sales, preferably within a residential or commercial context.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok—and familiarity with online property marketplaces.
- Strong public speaking and persuasive communication skills.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to be stationed in any of the following locations: Jember, Semarang, Purwokerto, Palembang, Malang, Bogor, Depok, Jatinangor, Banten, Pelembang, or Bali.
