Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook ramen dishes according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Manage inventory of noodles, broth ingredients, toppings, and supplies; conduct daily stock checks and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP, local health regulations).
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including stovetops, steamers, fryers, and slicers, while performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members during shift handovers, providing clear communication about order status, equipment issues, and special guest requests.
  • Assist in training new staff members on proper preparation techniques, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Handle cash‑less transactions at the service counter when needed, ensuring accurate order entry and timely delivery to guests.
  • Support weekend and holiday operations by working flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, night) to meet peak‑demand periods.
  • Participate in periodic menu tastings and feedback sessions to contribute ideas for new ramen variations and promotional items.
  • Uphold a professional appearance, wearing the provided uniform and maintaining personal hygiene at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years is a placeholder – we accept candidates under 30).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, preferably in a kitchen or fast‑service environment.
  • Strong physical health and mental resilience to handle long standing periods and fast‑moving service rushes.
  • Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Polished personal appearance with a focus on cleanliness and uniform compliance.
  • Team‑oriented mindset; able to assist colleagues and step in where needed.
  • Preferred: Unmarried candidates, though this is not a strict requirement.
  • Core skill: Proficiency in food and beverage service, especially noodle preparation and broth management.
