Introduction

We are seeking a professional Supir Pribadi Eksekutif Direksi to provide reliable, confidential, and high‑standard transportation services for our senior executive team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that directors reach meetings, site visits, and client engagements safely and on time, while also maintaining the appearance and mechanical integrity of the company’s fleet. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, trustworthy driver with a strong knowledge of the Jabodetabek area, a proactive attitude toward vehicle care, and basic computer proficiency to manage schedules and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Transport senior executives to and from offices, airports, hotels, and client sites according to predefined schedules and routes.
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, including checking oil levels, coolant, tire pressure, lights, and overall cleanliness.
  • Conduct routine light maintenance such as oil changes, windshield cleaning, and minor repairs, and promptly report any major issues to the fleet manager.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the vehicle to a professional standard, ensuring a comfortable environment for passengers.
  • Utilize a computer or mobile device to update trip logs, manage route planning software, and communicate any changes in itinerary to the executive office.
  • Coordinate with security personnel for secure pick‑up and drop‑off points, especially when traveling to high‑profile locations.
  • Be prepared to travel outside the city for business trips, including overnight stays when required.
  • Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and occasional light administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and corporate safety policies, demonstrating defensive driving techniques at all times.
  • Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service that reflects the company’s brand and values.

Requirements

  • Active SIM A (Class A driving license) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably serving senior executives or corporate clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and shortcuts within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) region.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including email, scheduling software, and digital navigation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple schedule changes efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on confidentiality, discretion, and respectful communication.
  • Physical fitness to handle occasional loading tasks and long hours of driving.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
