We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barista – Anggota Tim Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic coffee‑house team. Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register, accurately process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee‑based drinks, teas, and specialty menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain precise stock records, conduct regular inventory counts, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure the café area, equipment, and customer‑facing spaces are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, answer menu questions, and suggest complementary items to increase sales.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including setting up workstations, restocking supplies, and securing the premises.
  • Assist in training new team members on brewing techniques, POS operation, and customer service protocols.
  • Monitor equipment performance, perform routine cleaning, and alert maintenance staff of any issues.
  • Participate in weekly team briefings to share feedback, discuss promotions, and align on service goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as per company policy).
  • Age: No upper limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a barista or customer‑service role.
  • Strong barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and drink customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail, especially when handling cash and stock reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure during peak hours.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to adhere to cleaning protocols.
