This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from our valued customers. The successful candidate will operate in the field, building strong relationships, negotiating payment plans, and delivering a high standard of customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, and provides the opportunity to work independently with a clear set of performance targets. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for debt collection and payment recovery.
- Engage with clients to negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes, and secure commitments.
- Collect cash, checks, or electronic payments directly from customers and ensure accurate receipt documentation.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly visit reports, including collection amounts, customer feedback, and any escalated issues.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date map of assigned territories, planning optimal routes to maximize efficiency and coverage.
- Achieve or exceed the collection targets set by management on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to address complex cases.
- Identify and report patterns of delinquency that may require strategic intervention.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, company policies, and ethical standards during collection activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational guidelines.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in field collection or a related finance role.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (2‑wheel) and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- In‑depth familiarity with the geography, neighborhoods, and commercial zones of Kabupaten Bandung.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Analytical thinking to assess credit risk and devise effective collection strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data entry tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
