Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on a wide range of motorcycle models, including engine tuning, clutch adjustments, brake servicing, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Conduct thorough pre‑service inspections, document findings, and communicate recommended repairs clearly to customers and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with fellow mechanics, service advisors, and store staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion.
- Handle high‑pressure situations such as urgent repair requests or peak service periods while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, notifying the procurement team when stock levels run low.
- Participate in continuous learning programs, staying current with the latest motorcycle technologies, diagnostic equipment, and industry best practices.
- Assist in training junior technicians, sharing knowledge about diagnostic techniques and proper tool usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering technical questions, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0–2 years of hands‑on experience in motorcycle repair or a related technical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proven teamwork skills as well as the capability to work independently when required.
- High degree of discipline, honesty, and responsibility in all aspects of the job.
- Willingness to be assigned to any of CV Turbo Motor’s outlets nationwide.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
