Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Operations Crew Members. This front‑line position is essential to delivering a seamless dining experience for our guests. Working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, you will support the culinary staff by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly according to our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and line cooks with ingredient preparation, portioning, and basic cooking tasks such as grilling, sautéing, and assembling dishes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers, while adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene practices: clean workstations, sanitize utensils, and follow proper food‑handling procedures to prevent cross‑contamination.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store food items in designated areas, ensuring first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) rotation.
  • Support the team during peak service periods by expediting orders, restocking stations, and managing waste efficiently.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety, equipment usage, and emergency protocols.
  • Document daily activities, including temperature logs, cleaning checklists, and any equipment issues, and report them to the Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve culinary techniques, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Basic kitchen skills and familiarity with common cooking tools and appliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a food‑service environment.
  • Strong work ethic: disciplined, punctual, and dependable.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; able to follow instructions and collaborate under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new SOPs, menu changes, and seasonal demands.
  • No prior professional experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
