Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales staff in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support the logistics team in receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise deliveries for both retail and wholesale orders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and seasonal sales drives.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare simple reports, and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, cost‑saving initiatives, and ways to improve overall store efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 26 years old.
