Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Boy – Penanggung Jawab Kebersihan dan Pengaturan Kantor to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines elements of office support, basic hospitality, and culinary assistance to ensure that our workplace remains clean, organized, and welcoming for both staff and visitors. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with daily office operations such as receiving deliveries, distributing mail, and managing inventory of supplies.
- Provide basic food‑service support, including setting up and clearing tables for internal events, and serving refreshments as a waitress.
- Support the kitchen staff by preparing simple ingredients, washing dishes, and ensuring a tidy cooking environment as a cook helper.
- Monitor security protocols, report any suspicious activity, and assist with the enforcement of safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and catering services, ensuring that contracts are fulfilled to company standards.
- Perform routine checks on office equipment (e.g., printers, coffee machines) and notify the facilities team of any issues.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be prepared to handle occasional urgent tasks outside these hours when required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic knowledge of security supervision, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and performing light cleaning tasks.
