This full‑time position focuses on both sales and service within a fast‑paced food‑and‑beverage (F&B) environment. Responsibilities
- Support seamless outlet operations from opening to closing, ensuring all stations are ready before the mall doors open.
- Prepare ingredients, set up equipment, and verify that all supplies meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and organization of the outlet, adhering to both internal SOPs and mall sanitation regulations.
- Deliver friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every customer, following established service protocols.
- Monitor stock levels during peak periods, coordinate timely restocking, and communicate any shortages to the supervisor.
- Record daily usage of ingredients, complete inventory logs, and generate accurate sales and operational reports.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve sales targets, upsell promotional items, and enhance overall outlet performance.
- Participate in regular briefings, health‑and‑safety drills, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training new hires, sharing best practices, and fostering a cooperative team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years (maximum 28 years).
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B sector; fresh graduates with a strong interest in food service are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of basic food hygiene, safety standards, and proper handling procedures.
- Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and move swiftly in a busy environment.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Tuesday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Residence in Surabaya is preferred, though candidates willing to relocate may be considered.
- Proficiency in operating basic kitchen equipment and familiarity with POS systems.
