Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Satpam Keamanan to join our professional security team in Bali. This position is a full‑time morning shift role (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Saturday) focused on safeguarding the premises of high‑traffic hospitality and commercial venues. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in security operations, a valid Gada Pratama certificate, and the ability to maintain a calm, observant presence in a dynamic, tourism‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned areas, monitoring entrances, exits, parking lots, and public spaces for any security breaches.
- Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted zones.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Document all incidents, daily activities, and patrol logs in a clear and concise manner, following company reporting standards.
- Perform routine safety inspections of fire extinguishers, surveillance equipment, and emergency exits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and courteous service, reinforcing a safe yet welcoming atmosphere.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and briefings to stay current on security protocols, first‑aid procedures, and conflict‑de‑escalation techniques.
- Maintain the integrity of the security uniform and equipment, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per the specific client’s operational policy.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or guard role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or commercial settings.
- Valid Gada Pratama security certificate (or willingness to obtain it within the onboarding period).
- Strong analytical skills in identifying potential security risks and evaluating safety measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact respectfully with guests, staff, and authorities.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout an 8‑hour shift.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe environment.
