Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Officer Pemasaran dan Komunikasi to join our fast‑growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s voice, driving market awareness, and supporting sales growth across Indonesia. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing manager, product development, and sales departments to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our target audiences both online and offline. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with regular office hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing communication plans that align with corporate objectives.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, press releases, and corporate blogs.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and external agencies to produce visual assets, brochures, and promotional videos.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Organize and support events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain a content calendar, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead‑generation tactics and sales‑enablement tools.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior marketing staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat; preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and major social media channels.
  • Experience in managing promotional campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
