Responsibilities

  • Credit Marketing Officer (CMO)
    • Identify and prospect potential corporate and retail clients for credit products.
    • Conduct market surveys, credit analyses, and feasibility studies to evaluate borrower eligibility.
    • Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, ensuring alignment with company risk policies.
    • Collaborate with product development and underwriting teams to refine credit offerings.
    • Maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

  • Field Collection Officer
    • Visit assigned territories to engage directly with delinquent borrowers.

    • Document collection activities, update account status, and report key metrics to the credit control manager.
    • Coordinate with legal and risk teams for escalated cases requiring formal action.
    • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients to improve future credit performance.
    • Provide on‑the‑ground market intelligence that informs credit policy adjustments.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following baseline qualifications and demonstrate the soft skills necessary for success in a field‑oriented financial environment.

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No strict upper limit; we value capability over chronology.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience:
    • CMO – prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, or field surveying (fresh graduates are also welcomed).
    • Field Collection – background in collection, accounts receivable, debt recovery, or related functions (fresh graduates accepted).
  • Transportation: Ownership of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C.
  • Core competencies:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Team‑oriented mindset combined with the capacity to work independently.
    • Result‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
