The position of Mitra Program Penawaran Denda is based in Solok, Sumatra Barat. This role is a field‑focused sales and collection function that works directly with consumers who have settled their primary obligations but still hold outstanding penalties. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison, presenting clear payment options, negotiating settlement amounts, and ensuring that all penalty balances are cleared in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Contact consumers who have completed their primary payments but still carry penalty charges, using phone calls, SMS, and face‑to‑face visits.
- Explain the nature of the penalties, present various settlement options, and negotiate mutually agreeable payment plans.
- Document every interaction in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records of offers made, agreements reached, and payments received.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal teams to verify the correctness of penalty calculations and to process any approved settlements.
- Travel within the Solok region on a motorbike, adhering to a scheduled route that maximizes coverage while maintaining safety standards.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets set by management, reporting progress through regular performance dashboards.
- Provide feedback to the program manager on common consumer objections and suggest improvements to the negotiation script.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and new product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- High integrity, honesty, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Resilience and perseverance – “pantang menyerah” – to handle rejection and continue pursuit of targets.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic numeracy and ability to perform simple calculations related to penalty amounts and payment schedules.
