The Officer Credit Marketing (CMO) position is a dynamic, client‑focused role based in Tangerang, Banten. Responsibilities

In this role you will be expected to perform a broad range of activities that cover the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to post‑sale support. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers who require financing solutions, using both traditional prospecting methods and digital lead generation tools.
  • Presenting and promoting our portfolio of credit products, clearly articulating benefits, terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
  • Providing comprehensive explanations of the application process, required documentation, and eligibility criteria to ensure transparency and build trust.
  • Collecting, reviewing, and verifying all necessary documents submitted by customers, coordinating with the underwriting team to expedite approvals.
  • Conducting diligent follow‑up with prospects throughout the application journey, addressing concerns, and guiding them toward successful loan disbursement.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and booking quotas set by management, while maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for cross‑selling additional financial services.
  • Expanding your professional network by attending community events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to generate fresh leads.
  • Preparing regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics for senior management review.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, credit analysis, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role you should meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the listed competencies:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Target‑Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to set personal goals, stay motivated, and consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Team Player & Independent Worker: Comfortable working autonomously in the field as well as collaborating with internal teams.
  • Customer‑Centric Attitude: Passion for meeting people, understanding their financial needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Mobility: Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle are advantageous for field visits.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed in the Banten‑Tangerang area and work a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
