Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Waiter Service Staff to join our dynamic dining team. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment where attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic are essential. As a member of our front‑of‑house crew, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that keep guests returning.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
  • Set and clear tables, replenish linens, silverware, and condiments, and keep the dining area clean and inviting throughout service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address any concerns immediately, and coordinate with management to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, issue receipts, and balance tabs at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Work effectively under high‑pressure situations during peak dining periods while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates preferred (gender: Laki‑laki).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar waiting or food‑service role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Proven capability to perform well under pressure in a busy dining environment.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including table setting, order taking, and payment processing.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with shifts from 00:00 to 00:00 as required.
