Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pengembangan Penjualan dan Tim Sales Force to lead our outreach initiatives across the Lampung region. This role is pivotal for expanding our customer base, deepening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through a structured sales process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to mentor a team of field sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers using pre‑approved scripts, tailoring the conversation to each prospect’s industry and needs.
  • Answer product‑related inquiries promptly, providing clear, accurate information that builds trust.
  • Conduct needs‑analysis questioning to uncover pain points and present customized solutions, leading to successful close of sales.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects, ensuring consistent follow‑up and post‑sale support.
  • Articulate the unique benefits and competitive advantages of our products or services, positioning the company as a market leader.
  • Enter and maintain up‑to‑date customer data in the CRM system, guaranteeing data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing directly to the company’s revenue targets.
  • Document call outcomes, sales activities, and valuable market insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coach and supervise a small team of sales force members, providing training, performance feedback, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; diversity is encouraged.
  • Willingness to work in the field, covering Bandar Lampung, Kalianda, and Pringsewu.
  • Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong interest or prior experience in sales, with a proven record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, energetic, and comfortable engaging with a wide variety of people.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Ability to start work immediately and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
