Responsibilities
- Host live product demonstrations and promotional events on platforms such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring a smooth and engaging viewer experience.
- Plan, script, and produce short‑form and long‑form video content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during live sessions, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain broadcast quality.
- Edit raw footage using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished final videos, including adding graphics, subtitles, and music.
- Design eye‑catching thumbnails, social media posts, and other visual assets that support each live event and video release.
- Engage with the audience in real‑time, answering questions, encouraging participation, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align content themes with upcoming campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor key performance metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, conversion data) and prepare concise post‑event reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule, meeting deadlines for both live streams and pre‑recorded content.
- Uphold brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints while ensuring compliance with copyright and community guidelines.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age 28 years.
- Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in live product broadcasting or related digital content creation.
- Strong on‑camera presence with confidence, charisma, and clear articulation.
- Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Tech‑savvy with familiarity in livestream platforms, social media analytics, and content management systems.
- Commitment to an 8‑hour workday, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for occasional overtime during major campaigns.
