Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that increase brand visibility for Honda products and services in the Depok region.
- Generate qualified leads through a mix of outbound telemarketing, social media outreach, and community events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the service department to promote seasonal promotions, warranty campaigns, and new product launches.
- Create compelling content for Instagram (@dayamotorsawangan, @dayamotorpengasinan) and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and customer satisfaction scores; report findings to senior management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product questions, handling objections, and following up after purchase.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on Honda’s latest technologies, financing options, and market trends.
- Support the sales team in organizing showroom events, test‑drive days, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future marketing analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit – we value experience and enthusiasm over years.

- Experience: 0‑2 years of sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.

- Self‑discipline, a results‑driven mindset, and willingness to work flexible hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
