Home Credit Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Crew Penjualan Area Toko Garut. This frontline position places you at the heart of our retail network, where you will introduce customers to flexible financing solutions that make everyday purchases more accessible. As a brand ambassador, you will operate in both street‑level outlets and shopping mall locations, delivering a seamless payment experience while promoting the Home Credit brand through modern digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Actively offer Home Credit payment products to customers visiting partner outlets, explaining key features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
- Demonstrate the use of Home Credit’s mobile application on Android smartphones, guiding shoppers through the registration and transaction process.
- Create and share engaging content on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to raise awareness of financing offers, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Provide attentive customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain a tidy, professional appearance and uphold brand standards in all customer interactions.
- Collect and report daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and product briefings to stay current with policy updates and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with store managers and fellow crew members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with flexibility for peak shopping periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Age 40 years or younger.
