Responsibilities
- Promote MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi products and service bundles through direct, door‑to‑door canvassing and outbound calls.
- Identify prospective customers, conduct needs assessments, and tailor product presentations to match individual requirements.
- Maintain a daily prospecting schedule, record interactions in the CRM system, and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to stay updated on product features, promotions, and service enhancements.
- Provide accurate market feedback, including competitor activity and customer preferences, to help shape future sales strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and health‑and‑safety guidelines while conducting field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.

- Willingness to work a standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (exact days to be confirmed).
