Responsibilities
The core duties of the restaurant service crew include, but are not limited to:
- Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.

- Accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Serving dishes and drinks with attention to detail, checking for guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling cash or card transactions securely.
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, resetting tables promptly, and ensuring that all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Collaborating with fellow crew members, supervisors, and management to meet service standards and resolve any guest concerns.
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Participating in briefings, training sessions, and occasional promotional events to stay updated on menu changes and service techniques.
Requirements

- Age between 18 and 26 years.
