Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s financing solutions to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring pitches to match each client’s unique needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification to ensure compliance with internal credit policies.
- Prepare and submit complete credit applications, including all required documentation, and coordinate with internal underwriting teams to expedite processing.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate final credit decisions clearly and professionally.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any additional requirements, ensuring they understand their obligations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track key performance indicators, and report weekly progress to the sales manager.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling ancillary products such as insurance or extended warranties, thereby increasing revenue per customer.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect the multifinance business model.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
- Age limit: 29 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for local travel.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
