Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Pengawas Operasional Outlet Retail to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all of our retail locations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and customer service. As a mobile supervisor, you will travel across multiple outlets, conduct on‑site inspections, and act as the bridge between frontline staff and corporate management. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, communicative professional with a strong background in retail or service‑industry operations and a passion for upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, unannounced visits to each retail outlet to verify compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coach and mentor store managers and staff on best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer service excellence.
- Identify performance gaps, propose corrective actions, and follow up to ensure implementation.
- Monitor inventory control processes, verify stock accuracy, and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
- Coordinate with the training department to schedule on‑site workshops and refresher courses.
- Ensure that all promotional materials, visual merchandising, and pricing displays adhere to brand guidelines.
- Assist in the rollout of new products or services, providing feedback from the field to improve launch strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of outlet performance metrics and submit weekly summaries to the Operations Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any operational emergencies, facilitating swift resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or SMA/SMK equivalent for candidates with extensive experience).
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified) – candidates must meet this criterion.
- At least 1 year of experience in field supervision or operational roles within retail, laundry, F&B, cleaning services, or other multi‑outlet businesses.
- Willingness and ability to travel daily to multiple locations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident, objective demeanor.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and integrity; capable of enforcing company policies fairly.
- Attention to detail regarding cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork with regional managers.
