Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and flavor integrity.
- Assist chefs and line cooks by assembling dishes, garnishing plates, and ensuring timely delivery to service stations.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Execute daily cleaning routines, including sanitizing work surfaces, washing dishes, and managing waste disposal to uphold health‑code standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and assist in receiving and storing deliveries using proper rotation methods (FIFO).
- Follow strict hygiene practices, including proper hand washing, wearing appropriate attire, and adhering to personal protective equipment requirements.
- Support shift transitions by documenting completed tasks, noting any equipment issues, and briefing incoming team members.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, efficient, and safety‑focused kitchen atmosphere.

- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on experience).
