Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Accountant to serve as the Manajer Keuangan Perusahaan (Corporate Finance Manager) for our dynamic organization. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and relevant tax laws.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and fixed‑asset accounting.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, inter‑company accounts, and balance‑sheet items to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow projections, providing variance analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, supplying required documentation and addressing auditor inquiries promptly.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce the risk of fraud.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings (PPN, PPh, and other obligations) and ensure timely payment of taxes.
- Support the finance team in creating management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial presentations for board meetings.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Handle ad‑hoc financial analyses, such as cost‑benefit studies, investment appraisals, and profitability assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service‑based organization.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability, with a reputation for delivering accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a solution‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
