Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels, restock pantry items, and report low supplies to the kitchen manager.
  • Prepare basic sauces, doughs, and pastries under supervision, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Support the plating and garnishing process to present dishes attractively.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as ovens, mixers, fryers, and slicers.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during both lunch and dinner shifts.
  • Participate in shift handovers, documenting any issues or special notes for the next team.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn new cooking techniques and contribute ideas for menu improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
