Responsibilities

- Support the plating and garnishing process to present dishes attractively.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, such as ovens, mixers, fryers, and slicers.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during both lunch and dinner shifts.
- Participate in shift handovers, documenting any issues or special notes for the next team.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
