Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets from sales, market research, and consumer behavior sources using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Develop and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the marketing and sales teams.
- Support the creation of monthly and quarterly performance dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, sales growth, and product penetration.
- Collaborate with product managers, brand managers, and external research agencies to design surveys, focus groups, and competitive analyses.
- Assist in the formulation of pricing strategies and trade‑plan optimization based on data insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor launches, and consumer preferences to keep the brand agile and responsive.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings, contributing a data‑centric perspective to campaign planning and execution.
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and ensure data integrity for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong analytical aptitude.
- Familiarity with FMCG environments is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- High initiative, quick responsiveness, and disciplined work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
