Introduction
The Officer Verifikasi Marketing (MVO) position in Klaten, Central Java, is a dynamic, target‑driven role that focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and customers while promoting a portfolio of multi‑product solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are enthusiastic about sales, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and will be based at our Klaten office.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers, distributors, and end‑customers.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales for a range of multi‑product offerings, tailoring proposals to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the suitability of potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay market insights and help shape future product strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the organization.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and field visits to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) from any discipline.
- Maximum age of 28 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; experience in automotive or consumer goods sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly communicative personality, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Own a valid motorcycle and a SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) for field visits.
- Preferred: Prior experience in multi‑product sales and a genuine passion for building long‑term client relationships.
