Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and professional Petugas Kebersihan dan Perawatan Kantor to join our facilities team. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning operations, sanitation management, and ensuring that all office areas reflect the high standards of hygiene and presentation that our organization upholds.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of office floors, carpets, windows, and workstations using appropriate tools and chemicals.
- Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies, sanitizing fixtures, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Manage waste segregation, recycling, and removal in compliance with local environmental regulations.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as floor polishing, carpet shampooing, and upholstery care.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the facilities manager promptly.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, request replenishment when stocks run low, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning agents.
- Assist in setting up conference rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are tidy and properly arranged for meetings.
- Collaborate with security and building management to coordinate access for external service providers.
- Document daily activities and submit reports on cleaning schedules, incidents, and supply usage.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Maximum age of 35 years (some listings allow up to 45 years).
- At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in office or commercial cleaning.
- Valid and active SIM C (motorcycle driving license) for transporting equipment.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and presentable at all times.
- Core soft skills: honesty, discipline, responsibility, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time‑management skills to adhere to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑18:00).
